OK 2001 2500HD 76K Miles. For about 3 months every week or two the truck would stall a few seceonds after start. Would have time to move truck about 5 feet.

Now it starts for about .5-2 secs and shuts off. Cant get the engine to rev at all during the short time it tries to run. Fuel Pump seems fine no fuses blown and I am lost on what to check next. Any Help with this before I call the dealer would be great.

I had a similar problem on an old Honda I had. It was carbed (not FI). My solution was to press the gas a few times before starting. Sounds like you may have clogged injectors or fuel blockage somewhere. Something so sporadic as every few weeks is tough to diagnose because you cant reproduce the problem easily...

Does your anti theft light come on? If so, you may have a problem there. It might not recognize your key, bad module, etc. Just a thought.
