96 Blazer need to remove the top cover on the steering column

little help please ... I have to replace that mutlifunction turn signal switch and I just need to find what is keeping the top cover from coming off ... bottom plastic piece was a snap (no pun intended)

On my 96 2dr there are some screws in the bottom peice that hold the bottom to the top. I believe they are torx, some may be herd to see or hidden as mine were broken by the previous owner. Let me know and I can run outside and take a look at it.

On my 2000 the screw near the ignition switch is some kind of security screw, The head looks like a torx bit. Next time I will probably use a small pair of pliers to unscrew it( instead of breaking it like I did this time) Good Luck
