Oil in coolant overflow??

Has anyone ever had oil in their coolant overflow? My car has only 69,000 miles and it has been serviced every 3,000 miles and it's never overheated. Please help if you can!

Any time you see oil in the coolent or coolent in the oil its a good guess that you have a head gasket leak.
