How to clean the EGR on 3800 engine

Howdy there.

I have a 95 windstar with 3800 engine, and I'm having problems with the EGR Valve, I think is clogged.

Could please some one tell me how to clean the EGR valve and passages.

Any help will be greatlly appreciated.
