i just bought a nx2000 (same setup as a 200sx se-r but diff body) and i wondering where can i find a sr20vet?? i hear they are really rare so i was thinking to make my own. buy a det motor(1300$) and a ve head(750$) and swap ve head with the de head, thus a turbo'd vvl so a sr20vet right? or am i horribly mistaken

need more than just that
probly need the engine harness, ecu, depending on what sr20 you get the u.s. ones come with distributors and some of the overseas ones are coil-on-plug
and if the cam sprockets are even a little bit bigger or smaller (because of the CVT cam sprocket on the intake side) your timing will be off and there is no way to fix that.

do waaaaay more research
