engine problems... HELP

Ok, so driving the other day my car starts to make a tapping sound coming from near the valve cover under high rpms like 4-5k. Now the car wont rev past like 4k and the sound is starting at like 1k... its barely drivable. could this be a bearing... 185k miles on stock si motor.

are you low on oil?? it sounds like the valve tappets.
