Does anyone know where or how to do this on a 2002 XG 350L? I can't find the ETACS - what does the ETACS look like? I have 2 fobs. Thanks,

Does anyone have a real life pic of an ETACS unit? Or a good decription of what an ETACS unit looks like - the sketches don't do the job. I have an xg 350L 2002 and do not now what I am looking for. Thanks,

1a. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
1b. Remove the lower crash pad panel.
2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the ETACS CM (control module).
3. The ETACS for the XG350 looks like this..

Okay - I took the black leather underside panel off. There are a million wires - the picture is nice - but black and white is difficult and it is difficult to see what direction. Is it by the cruise control buttons or is it close to the radio AC? Have you set the fobs for your XG 350L? Thanks - I am just trying not to pay the outrageous dealer again!

I used to work for a dealer and we charged twenty dollars to program your FOBS of if you brought lots of donuts in on monday i would do it for free. All they do is plug there scan tool in and press a button and you are done.
