I have a 2003 Ciciv EX 2door on 215/35R 18's and would like to lower. Also should I replace stock shocks/struts.? Any suggestions?

Yes you should replace the stock struts. Not to be rude, but you are new, this topic has been covered many times. I would start by doing some reading then come back with question.

I would go with the Tein Driving Master Basic Damper Kit its the best suspension for honda's parts are imported from japan and if you want you can get an electronic damping switch which will allow the stiffness you want for your shocks

if u lower ull prob get alot of rubbing with that big of rims and tire combo

Tein is not the best, it's decent and over rated. Basic and Master are 2 difffernt setups, basic being non-adjustable damping so you CAN NOT use EDFC.
