2002 toyota camry heater control assemblyiceman1234 07-30-2005, 10:28 AM Since I have owned this 2002 Toyota Camry SE V6, I have had to take the car back 3 times (once a year) due to not being able to get air out of the floor vents. Each time the dealer repairs it and says its ok and then a year later it stops. The dealer now tells me that it will cost me in excess of $3000.00 to fix it since it is not under warranty. It needs a new heater control assembly since the rod is getting jammed and wont open the blend doors. Has anyone else had the same problem. Please help? Mike Gerber 07-30-2005, 01:28 PM If you bought it new (or bought it used but still under the warranty period) and had the initial repairs done while the car was still under warranty, call Toyota corporate at 1-800-331-4331 and speak to customer service about the problem and what the dealer is now telling you. Have all your receipts lined up so you can give them the information as to what was previously done at what date and mileage. Mike vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
