ok i told most of the people who follow my posts io was going to Myrtle i took my Impala and have no complaints. Ok maybe one the footshower through Delaware lol but when i got into VA we stoped and shut the car off started the car and the air bag light was on next time we stoped it went of then when we got to myrtle it was on for good so i taked to a tech here and he said it could be a sensor no bigge right $50 dollar part and i can install it myself at this point i have been home for 3 days im on my way to the dealership from work and really not paying any attention to the dash just kind of thinking this doesnt look right ( the air bag light )n was off and has not returned since ???? my car fixes it self like Christine lol all i can think is with the humidex neer 100% in SC and with the air working non stop and the leak in the dash is maybe that sensor was wet and now back home its dried out fuck i have no idea but last time i looked cars didnt fix themselves !!!!!!

btw got home and figured the milage i got between 35 and 38 mpg with stop and go trafic

theres something wrong with the sensors or some bullshit, mine does the exact same thing, but when it does go on i take my scanner and clear it.

Under the drivers seat is the air bag wire connecter. I had same problem and jiggled the wires under my seat and the problem is gone.
Good luck!

My thoughts exactly. The 03 LS I have used to do that, but hasn't in a long time. Usually at highway speeds too. Darn 03 suddenly is becoming as problematic as some peoples stories of their 3.4 Impala's. :eek7:

Least the cruiser is holding up nicely, while pulling consistance gas milage of 26/27mpg.
