camry wipers

Hopefully someone can help with this.My 2000 camrys wipers work in all speeds but the interval option doesnt work and the wipers don't return to the parked position when they are turned off. If anyone has any ideas on whether it's the wiper motor or switch please let me know. I am not sure if there is a separate relay for the wipers anywhere in the car cause it's not in the box under the hood.Thank you all.
