I have heard that BMW is not going to give the coupe & convertible the same headlights that the sedan & wagon rec'd last year.... which is a good thing, in my opinion. But, if the 3-series replacement is coming in 2005, it'd make sense that there would be some minor changes to the 2003.

At one point, I heard that BMW was eventually going to call the coupe & convertible a "4-series" must like the larger coupe & convertible will be a "6-series," leaving the sedans & wagons to be 3s and 5s, respectively. Was that just internet speculation?
