I have bought a Primera recently and was given two keys with it. One of them works perfect but the other one doesnt start the car (although it locks and unlocks the car)

I was told that its immobiliser needs to be programmed.. Is it something I can do it my self or do I need to contact nissan ???

Nip in to the service department & take BOTH keys with you ...... They should be able to do that on the spot without charge ........ Now if your second key has a electronic fault ......... Err you'll be swearing when you find out the price of a replacement :(
