76 seville fuel inj change to carburated?

my buddy has a 76 seville 350 olds. and injectors leak so he wants to change the intake to a carburated one has any one done that im lookin for tips thank you
fuel pump mechanical or leave electric?
fuel pressure regulator?
not sure were to start thank you!! :confused:

I recall the EFI was optional.
The EFI electric fuel pump runs at about 35 psi.
You can swap it for a stock electric fuel pump intended for a carburetor that runs at about 5 psi. Lots of late'70's/early 80's Rivieras and Toronados had these pumps.

But IMHO this is the easiest:
You can also use an aftermarket in-line electric fuel pump which puts out 5 psi. Just cut the stock fuel pump wires, so the stock pump will not work and run the wires to the aftermarket pump. You can leave the stock pump in the tank; it will not impede fuel flow.

I recall these cars used a non - computer controlled HEI ignitions, so that will work fine with no ECM.
