Thank you for responding - it will not turn over at all, no clicks nothing. It keeps blowing the same fuse.

that 20 AMP fuse, does it control your starter? You have something that shorted to ground, have you had any body work done to the car recently?

how long does it take for the fuse to blow?
if it's a short time, you may have a short somewhere

Most likely the starter solonoid is shorting out and blowing the fuse. I had the same problem on my 98 and replaced the the starter and solonoid with a rebuilt unit (@ $150.00)
