Does anyone know or have a diagram in where the cooling fan relay is on a 98 5.9 grand cherokee? I have no idea where it is.

The relay should be behind the bumper facia below the right head lamp.

If you need a diagram - PM me. I have one for a 99 jgc. should be close for a 98....

On my 99 thats where it was. I had to take it to dealership to replace! And yes, YOU HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE BUMPER to get to it! What a bunch of crapped! Whoever made this decision ...well, I guess typical!

Thanks for the help... I found out the hard way, by trial an error, its located above the Battery on the side firewall. There is 2 relays side by side. The dealership sent me on a wild goose chase by giving me the wrong relay. I was trying to match the part, they gave me. Thanks for your help.
