What are those small button lights?Koojo 07-21-2001, 11:57 PM I see some supped up cars that have these small bright lights (blue or green) that are attached to the front of where windshield wiper fliud comes out from on the hood. Anyone know the name of those? Any info about those, like where can i get them, how do they get them to work? Thanks Kenny-G 07-22-2001, 12:37 AM I have seen someone post that stuff in ebay last month. They need post it again in future. But just go to an auto accesseries shop and they should have them. G-Forces 07-22-2001, 01:35 AM Those are LED/windshield nozzle replacements. VERY ricey if you ask me! :p primera man 07-22-2001, 02:04 AM Originally posted by G-Forces Those are LED/windshield nozzle replacements:p :D :D :D ...Your joking right ?? :p ..hahahahaha kenchan 07-22-2001, 08:56 AM damn, led?! hahaha. I've yet to see those. zykotik 07-22-2001, 09:41 AM I've seen em a lot here, and thats why I've decided I'm not going to put those on MY G. Very tacky if you ask me. To be quite honest I think they'll get you more attention from the cops than anything else. G-Forces 07-22-2001, 09:58 AM Originally posted by zykotik I've seen em a lot here Yup quite common here in toronto too. Must be a Canadian thing! :) G-Forces 07-22-2001, 09:59 AM b-b00gie 07-22-2001, 10:33 AM OMG!!! please DONT get those!!! this is getting out of hand with those things! i even see mini vans with them now cause they sell those at the local auto parts stores.... eeeek!!!! zykotik 07-22-2001, 11:48 AM I clicked on Jason's link posted above and all I can say is BLING BLING! I like how the pic portrays the washer LED as if they light up the road in front of you. Y'know since I've had my G I've learned a lot about what you should be doing to soup up a car and what you should'nt. Here in Montreal all the tegs and civics are doin the washer LED...I'm staying with the high class Infiniti look and stayin away from those :) I wish I knew how to make that puking smiley right about now ;) primera man 07-22-2001, 04:14 PM hehe...i checked that site Jason.....screw the nozzle LED's, lets get the "WHEEL FLASHERS"  ....Got to be good for a few extra HP :D :D :D....LOL wickedG20 07-22-2001, 05:15 PM They are known as "Windshield Washer Lights" They have tons for sale on eBay. I agree with Jason, they are ricey. The beam is way to bright. If it would not project any light and not be as bright it would look ok. zykotik 07-22-2001, 05:27 PM Originally posted by smackd0wn They are known as "Windshield Washer Lights" They have tons for sale on eBay. Dude they don't actually project any light at all...but yes they are bright. Yup those wheel lights could be cool if you could switch em on only when braking...we could look like formula cars slowing down ;) wickedG20 07-22-2001, 06:44 PM that could be made possible but with a good amount of re-wiring, hehe ;) zykotik 07-22-2001, 09:36 PM Hell, if you wanna project light high up like that just get a rally rack of fogs mounted on the bumper...that should look good on the street :) No but seriously speaking I've been looking at these and I'm trying to get a taste for them... In other words I'm honest ly trying to see what people see in them. What DO you guys think about these washer lights? RCer 07-22-2001, 11:30 PM They are bad, ridiculous, looks cheap, no liken primera man 07-22-2001, 11:37 PM Originally posted by zykotik What DO you guys think about these washer lights? Has RICE written all over them :p Jay! 07-23-2001, 12:03 AM Do they at least squirt light-up water? Koojo 07-23-2001, 12:09 AM they get peoples attention quick, and a lot of my friends, who know shit about cars, say, oh check out that supped up car, when they see the lights. You think everyone out there knows a lot about cars..hell no. wickedG20 07-23-2001, 01:11 AM Here is a phrase that sums this one up... "Creative but Ricey!" PrimeraGT 07-23-2001, 01:22 AM Guys, its all about preference.. one mans gold is another mans.. "ewww, that is a turd?" I have seen them here in Florida too, some aren't that bright. The cops just found yet another reason to pull us over, make that 1001 now. Add insult to injury some nimwit we saw Friday night installed these things (the washers doohickeys) on the side of his fender below and to the front of his sidemarker!! Yes, that was a Kodak moment and I have seen it all... for the moment. -PrimeraGT vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
