erratic idling

Hi experts,
I have a Honda accord 92, manual. It has been an awesome car until 1 month ago it starts acting up on me. There is no problem with starting the car or letting it in idle. However, when the car is in motion, the idle needle becomes erratic; the more pressure I have on the gas paddle, the more erractic the needle is :screwy: .

Do you know what the problem is and how to fix it?

you mean like a surge? or a miss? does it do it at idle or jus when in motion?
