Regarding a 2001 Xterra SE, 2 WD, Automatic: Will installing Calmini Heavy Duty Shackles on my 2001 Xterra slighly raise the vehicle enabling me to install larger BFG Mud Terrain Tires on the 2001 Xterra? I will be installing new wheels/rims as well. Can the shackles be installed on the front and rear? I do not want the tires to rub. Does anyone know the largest size tires I could install without the tires rubbing?
Presently, the Xterra has P255/65R16 tires and wheels. I will be installing black rims/wheels. Thank you.

Shackles are rear only, and don't affect what size tires you can fit back there. Please read up in the suspension section.
