Otherwise make sure it is the front wheel. When most people listen to noise, they only have the driver window open and everything sounds like its the front drivers side area. Open all windows and take people with you to hear, or better yet have someone outside to find where its coming from. Check for seperation in one of your rear leaf springs. When they seperate enough, you go forward and they "slap" against each other. Check rear brakes. If youre very sure its in the front, have the idler and pitman arms checked and even tie rods.
