accord v6 on a 98 eclipse

On my way to work today, i came apon my buddy/co-worker at a stoplight. I was driving my wifes 2000 accord v6 (as my 87 integra is in a thousand pieces). He was driving his bone stock 98 eclipse. I know he has a v6, but thats all i know bout it. Light turnes green we go. I looked over when i was at 60mph and i was about 2 1/2 cars ahead. I stopped at 60 cuz i like my drivers license. Is this a normal thing? i bought her the accord cuz i liked the way it drove, and it is plenty fast, but am i supposed to be able to beat a eclipse that easy? He was pissed when we got to work, all he could see was the baby seat in the back!

1998 eclipses never came in a v6 they came in a 2.0 turbo or non turbo....the 420A engine (this is a 4 banger). Please stop killing the English language its BECAUSE not cuz.

ok so its a 02 v6 (i called him and asked) and it looks like the one in the lame comercials with the tech-no music. I said i didnt know much about it. and slow integra, if a little short cut like using cuz instead of because pisses you off so much i worry about your road rage. if you dont like it dont read my post

Assuming you both had an auto, it should have been a close race, though the Eclipse has a weight advantage IF your Accord was a 4-dr.

i was told you cant get a 2000 accord v6 with a stick, but my wife wanted an auto any way, and i talked to him, he has a stick but he said he spun a little bit on the start then "gave up" so he sucks

Do you live in Alaska? I just AutoTrader a search around my house, 25 miles and got 3 of 'em and I live near the ocean, so it's actually half a search radius.
