after looking at your profile i see you have a 93 300zx.

here what you need to do. you need to remove the corner lights...there should be 2 screws on each one at one end of the corner lights. then the side on which the screws were, you need to pull out and towards the back of the car. the corner lens should pull right out. unplug the wiring harness to each corner lens.

now there are 3 or 4 nuts holding the fog light to a support beam. you will not be able to see these nuts as they are in the rear of the fog light assembly. if you feel around you will feel them...get a socket wrench (10mm if im not mistaken) and un-thread these nuts from the foglight. then the foglight should pop straight out the front of the bumper.

i tried to be pretty detailed but im sure if you got he jist of it you will be fine. just make sure you get all the bolts holding it fromt he back of the front bumper. you will need to stick your hand through the hole that the corner lens made.
