i have twelve F350 7.3 diesels and not run into this problem. I have no power to the ifs and the fuel pump. the fuel relay is turning on and off. Have no read outs for wiring but have have a few notes to check for problems like crank sensor. anyone lend me a hand let me know. thanks

For what it's worth did you check the big 20 amp fuse in the block on the left fenderwell, my 1992 7.3 IDI did the same thing, and I felt like an idiot when I found out what it was.
