flame exhaust wiring

has enybody put a flame thrower exhaust kit on their 98 up bird if so, i need help finding the ground wire going to the ignition pack.

cant you get in trouble by the cops for having those??

sure can.... i dunno if i could see one on a bird though.. maybe a chopped 49 merc..not sre about newwr f-bodies
