I just bought a '93 explorer and just love this truck!! But, the wipers only work on high... I checked the fuse, and it looks fine. What do I look for now? The washer also works fine.

Ford calls it a wiper governor. It is an electronic module by design.
Location differs from year to year so ask around to find it.
It's under the dash somewhere.
Wish I could be better help but this is the best I can do.

It is an electrical module. Your only choice is to change it with
a new one. It will have an electrical connector. Separate the
connector from the module and replace with new module.
