hey i am not sure i can get my hands on one of these but if i could would this bolt up to my car, i am have a pos lx. is this the same as the intake manifold of the 5th gen ex. Is it worth the looking for, i dont want to do it if it will only increase by 1 hp or some garbage like that. i guess thats it, educate me :)

Yes its worth it. The si Intake mani provides a better airflow to the head. Even more if you get it to a machine shop and polish it on the inside. Ppl have said of 8hp increase+/-...
Im doing this mod soon and getting it to a dyno so i'll be able to talk about exact results soon.
