Our light just started blinking. Any thoughts?

hey, when I checking my enging light code, the Overdrive light do the same, check is there any short at the checking point?

There is a fault code stored by the transmission control. Bridge E1 and TE1 to get it to flash the trouble code.

When this happened on mine the fault code pointed at speed sensor two. Interestingly, it was not flashing all of the time and was usually occurring after driving at speed for a long time (usually with the A/C on). After the engine was cleaned up in this region I haven't seen it since (around 15 months now). I think the problem was caused by a nice oil-leak from the rear o-ring of the distributor all over the auto trans. I'll probably have the problem back soon, as I'm in need of a new distributor due to oil leaking into it through the rotor's bearing seal :uhoh:
