Small coolant leak, need some advicetalonlover 07-10-2005, 12:14 AM Well I bought this car thinking it had a heater core leaking, turns out it was just the coolant flow valve on the side of the core. It barely leaks only when the heat is on. I bought a new one but replacing it is very difficult. I'm trying to replace it without removing the dash, console, or whatever Nissan wants you to remove, and just working around the space limitations. Anyone ever replaced this valve before without pulling the core? If so how did you do it? I've never posted a pic of my find so I guess now is a good time. One owner, ALL service records from the same dealer it was purchased from. The owner traded it in on a new 350z. 83,000 miles, mint inside and out. Paint and interior are flawless! I happen to be there the day he traded and bought it about 30 minutes after it was traded in for $4,200.00 :evillol: http://www.4g63hp.com/forum/album_mod/upload/8ebb0310a721ff6742cb68b019a8c19b.jpg http://www.4g63hp.com/forum/album_mod/upload/fb7865cca54cf51609852730c688eb38.jpg DeleriousZ 07-10-2005, 12:48 AM that's awesome man, what a great find! you should pm 1via (aka george) he's done the swap before... i think he ripped off his dash tho.. can't remember, it was a while ago Broke_as_**** 07-10-2005, 01:00 AM PM 1viadrift (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/private.php?do=newpm&u=131751) Twin Turbo dot net FAQ (http://twinturbo.net/net/viewmsg.aspx?forum=technical&msg_id=901202) k3smostwanted 07-10-2005, 01:18 AM mine does the same thing...i never really paid attention to it. :dunno: nice Z too...great deal. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
