ABS Light flashing, no A/C, no power windowsGoaliegirl 07-09-2005, 12:05 PM I searched the past posts and didn't find anything that related to this problem. Hope someone can help! I have a 97 Blazer LS that has the weirdest thing happen. The ABS lights and the Emergency break lights flash while driving. While this is happening I have no A/C or heat, the fan doesn't work, and I have no power windows. We have replaced wires and searched everywhere in the vehicle we can think off to find the problem. This problem has stumped everyone that I have asked so far. If anyone has any advice/suggestions they would be greatly appreciated! BlazerLT 07-09-2005, 02:15 PM Chekc the fuse panel for a worn through wire. dhblazer 07-22-2005, 10:11 PM I had the same problem on our 1997 blazer. We had to replace the ignition switch in the steering column. The switch is not sending power to a relay under the dash that will make those things work. Beleive me I tried testing everything and this is the one thing that fixed the problem. Let me know if you get this fixed. Hope this helps. BlazerLT 07-25-2005, 01:26 PM Yea, the ignition switch would cause this, thanks for pointing that out. Goaliegirl 07-28-2005, 10:18 AM Yep....it was the ignition switch. My mechanic did a swap test just to be sure that it was the ignition switch. It got fixed and the heat wave ended. Thanks for all your help. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
