ive been driving around latley and was coming home from work when this drunk guy almost crashed into me. i swerved into the left lane and my tire hit the curb. now my steering wheel shakes left and right when im driving straight down the road when it diddnt do that before. I was wondering what it could be? Tires need to be aligned o what? i would really like it to go away. it seems to direct it's self toward the left. thanks.

hey someone i can actually help.....i did the sdame thing ot my 99gxe but it was from rally racing. there are three possible things, bent rotors, but that will cause you to shake violently when stopping, bent rims, or sand in your tire, mine was all three but id examine your rims, rotors and make sure your tire didnt bubble anywhere, usually tire shops will run a diagnostic for you at no charge if you are planning to replace them and if you ask nicely

if it shakes quickly, id get it aligned. have them look at the condition of the entire front end at the shop. it could be a bent wheel but you should be able to see it if its that bad
if it jerks from side to side not shakes then its your ball joint and you should replace it immediately
