$100 A Barrel By Years End?

I saw breaking news today about a Texas oil analyst's comments to the UK's Observer newspaper. This analyst says oil could reach $100 a barrel by winter! Since the price of oil has been going DOWN the past few days, this guys comments might need to be taken with a grain of salt. Seems like everyone is an expert until they are proven wrong, then they just lie and say people misunderstood what they really said. :)

I saw "Oil Storm" months ago on the FX network and it closely parallels what's happening now in the gulf coast. Is this all a coincidence or was this show a government psyops to condition the American people for a planned event?
