i was going down the road 55-60 MPH when the car died could not get it to start again towed it home and noticed the fuel pump wasn't comeing on found out the ground was bad so we grounded it to the fuel tank and now the pump is running continuasly when I have the key on and the car will not start I allso have spark to all the plugs please can someone help me with this problem.
