Installing speakers

How do I install new speakers in a 1991 Camry? I haven't tried yet, but will take a look at it tomorrow. The rear speakers I can do, the front speakers worry me since their not mounted on the door. So how do I replace the front speakers? Thanks.

You have to take the door panels off to install new speakers.
