Well after starting to collect parts last summer im finally driving a turbo D :D Idle's still a little funny at times. seems to sometimes move slowly up and down around 900-1100 sometimes. sometimes idles perfect. sometimes idles way low at like 500. moving the tps sensor helped it alot but i suspect the fuel maps.

tonight im welding on my flex pipe and flange to the dp and then i have 3+ feet of straight SS for a partial exhaust. open dp is a lil loud for me. and i dont' have enough money to get it dyno tuned untill my next paycheck lol. so until then no dyno's or track slips. im still scared driving her around lol

wow, i just noticed hoe gross your air filter looks...

nice. as far as the mani welds went, i dont mean to brag, but, my welds look better than that :) no leaks?

i do have two leaks in the manifold. i didn't do the initial construction on it which is why the end result was so crappy. i've laid down perfect stacked welds with tig and stick ( i suck at mig and thats all i had available to me at the time)

im going to build a boost leak tester and test my charge pipes too. this turbo will be spooling ALOT faster than it is currently.

but so far i LOVE it :)
