Manual Shift Knob in an Auto?grrltoy 04-22-2002, 11:43 AM Someone once told me that there was a way that you can put a manual shift knob in an automatic with a few modifications. Is this true? or do I have idiots for friends? If this can be done, does anyone know how? donkeyk578 04-22-2002, 11:35 PM uh, i have no idea, but i got a Razo quick Shift Knob from optionsauto.com. It feels like a manual knob cuz its so low! Check out my pics of it. http://donkeyk578.toyotagurus.com/interior.html It was $53. shipped from optionsauto.com I love it. They have them in black, silver, black w/ CF, and silver w/ CF. The CF ones are more money obviously.... :alien: Let me know if that helps. TheMan5952 05-01-2002, 01:30 AM most manual knobs are threaded on to the stick. While auto knobs are held in place by a set screw. I'm sure there are ways to convert it, but it depends on the car. Jimbo_Jones 07-19-2002, 11:40 AM just get your manual liscence and you wont have this dilemma:D vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
