Today I inserted a CD into my Lexus factory in dash changer and for the first time the screen read "error" and didnt play. I tried to eject the disk and it didn't even recognize there was a disk there. I tried to move to the next disk that was already in there and that was messed up too.

Is there anything I can do for this or do i have to make the dreaded stop at the Lexus dealer?
