View Full Version : brake light brake light rps13freak 06-29-2005, 02:06 PM AWDSR20 06-29-2005, 03:40 PM the swich... is clways on or is the light on even when the swich is off?? MORE 411 PLZ! tiddrma 06-29-2005, 11:10 PM Check the rubber 'plug' where the brake pedal arm contacts the brake switch. The plug is to give the switch a little 'cushion' from the arm hitting it. The 'plug' gets dry and breaks up. When that happens, there is just a hole in the arm. This leave nothing for the switch to push against. Look around on the floor, bet you see a small piece of rubber. rps13freak 06-30-2005, 01:39 AM e-brack is all the way down and the light stays on. srry i had just woke up when i typed it.:) atamotua 06-30-2005, 01:08 PM yeah... it would help if you specify what brake and what light... there is more than one brake and more than one light...
