Well, the 92 GT is up and running. After a new starter, the car started right up first try after sitting for only a year. I have started on removing some of the body panels, getting her ready for new parts. The trashed front bumper is off, showing that the fog light brackets are also pretty bent up. Also the drivers front fender is kinked slightly which is more visiable with the bumper cover off. I have a GT bumper cover and fenders coming from Joe as soon as he digs them out. Mu buddy Mark and I also picked up a stocker hood for it yesterday from Southwick, Ma.

Here's a short video from yesterday of some Mustang mayhem.

Well I started today on getting rid of some of the cancer the GT had. Not too bad for my first real time doing body work. It was quite the learning experence, and theres more where that comes from.

Today I started on getting the front end of Green Trash to look more like a Mustang should. I just recently picked up all the parts needed for the repair of the hurting front half. Bumper, GT bumper cover with headlights and grill support, both fenders, hood, and fog light bracket. As you can see the pictures below, the front end is starting to look pretty good except for the multicolored parts. Everything went together fairly smooth once I had removed the ants nest and about 5 pounds of dirt/pine needles/insulation/twigs from he inner fenders. I guess that's what happens when a car sits for a year on a woody part of someone's yard. Now all I have to do is a little work on both the rocker panels and touch up a few misc. rust spots, then "Green Trash" will be ready for paint, which I am going to try to attempt myself.

I just charged the AC yesterday and it blows ice cold. I cleaned the interior up and that looks mint now. Just have to get around to finsih the body work and it will be off for paint.
