heres the situation.
my Olds runs, starts and everything. i just have to crawl under it and cross the posts on the starter with a screwdriver.
the problem is that when the key is turned, it wont even make so much as a sound.
so i cross the starter posts, use the key to unlock the column and then i can drive it anywhere i please.
i dont want to turn it into a demolition derby car quite yet and would prefer to drive it a bit longer, despite rising gas prices.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks.
