How could you ever go wrong with pearl orange? But I suggest orange pearl WITH some kind of graphics. I´m not that great with photoshop, if I was I´d do an example of what I mean. I think the graphic would look incredible in a "carbon"-look, kind of a muscle car-theme.
I´ll get started on a quick sketch since I´m quite bored at the time.

Ok I have a great idea now, take it or leave it (or use parts of it).
I´m really into the whole "musclecar"-theme, therefor I think that some classic flat black would be a nice contrast to the bright color and chrome.
Have you seen the new "Daytona"-concept? Well here´s a pic and I just love it! Specially that badass wing!
click here (http://www.seriouswheels.com/pics-2005/2005-Dodge-Ram-Daytona-RA-1920x1440.jpg)

To set it of, "carbon"-look graphics in a mopar "strobe"-look.
Also, is there no bedcover in this kit? If I ever build a pick-up, a bedcover would be necessary.
Another idea, if you like the whole "musclecar"-theme, a racing-style gas cap would be cool:
something like this perhaps (http://fueldoors.com/gallery.htm)

The last detail that came to my head was; sidepipes!

Flat black:
-side-view mirrors
-hood
-fender flares
-wing

-CF graphics (black as a base, lay a mesh over and spray gunmetal or metallic silver)
-Daytona-style wing (would´nt be too hard to scratchbuild)
-Racing-style gas cap (something like this (http://www.hlj.com/product/SAK3029) )
-Sidepipes (aluminum tubing, exit just in front of the rear wheels)
-BEDCOVERBEDCOVERBEDCOVERFORTHELOVEOFGOD!!!

So, here is my quick sketch to give you the idea of the image I have in my head:
http://img9.echo.cx/img9/8402/dsc057870uz.jpg (http://www.imageshack.us)

I think this kind of theme would be a nice contrast to all the bling bling pick-ups out there.

Good luck with your build either way you decide!

hey that looks really good, sorry if I sounded a bit rude, I really didn't mean to. I like the orange with some sort of stripe, or graphic. no wing though, to gimmicky. I hate trucks with wings.

may I suggest that you thorougly wash the kit after you apply any kind of metal color paint for a base coat. I had a real problem doing this same procedure using enamels. I put the metalic gold base down and shot candy red pearl over it....man did it POP!!! but then the red just came off in sheets when ever I used tape to mask, or glue mirrors and glass on.

here is how it turned out

Thanks Everybody!!!! I Hope You Enjoy This Build!
I'm Going To Get Some Paint On It In A Few Days (Poll)
I Have Lots of Ideas For The Details, I Think You'll Like Them

DukeMan...I like Your Idea; I’ll Use It On My Ram. But My Dakota Will Have A Flat Panel Frame,
(Everything Tucked Inside The Rails Covered By Full Length Skid Plate)
Side Pipes Wont Work

rsxe240... Thanks For The Advice, I Will Try It Out!
BTW Nice Busa, Can I Ride IT? (lol)
