Yo wassup people? I don't even know where to start. Basically, I have a stock 1992 1.6i Vetec Civic HB. I want to squeeze some extra horses out of it, so I need advice on turbocharging. I have considered dropping a H22a into it, but can't afford it, so I'm sticking with the B16.

Can anybody just give me the absolute basics for a complete turbo setup? I plan on building on the engine in the future, but to begin with I wanted to run around 9 or 10psi. First of all, is this safe on stock engine parts?

If anyone can just give me a breakdown of each individual part required, and names of some good brands, that would be sweet. I intend to buy the parts individually, instead of just going out and buying a kit. I want a complete custom set up.

The engine is completely standard, everything in its original place, only covered 63,000 miles. I just want a reliable setup, but with the power there, if I require it! Can anyone also give me tips on how to maintain a turbo, upkeep etc. Would appreciate it. Peace out and keep tuning.
