2001 Blazer TrailBlazer options 58000 miles

Had a post earlier today where I reset the ECM and then had low idle/stalling. That problem cleared up after a short drive. Then had to take my daughter home (about 30 miles). While driving there the SES light came on. After I dropped my daughter off, went to Autozone and they read my codes - P0122 Throttle Body Sensor input voltage low. They cleared the code and I drove home and the light did not come back on. Question is: Could this have been caused by resetting the ECM and the low idle for few miles after resetting?? The vehicle is driving fine, no rough idle or surging. How can I test the TPS?

Back probe dr blu wire. {.47 volts } Throttle closed. As you open throttle voltage should go up to close 5 volts.
