difference between drag and full coilovers?alacard 06-12-2005, 01:50 PM whats the difference between the two? http://www.kteller.com/store/index.php/cPath/33_56 thanks for the help BullShifter 06-12-2005, 03:01 PM The "drags" are specifically made for straight line acceleration while the "full" is a general purpose coilover. The spring rates and strut valving is way different between the two - drag 18K fronts others are 8k-12K. Drags are definately not make with comfort in mind. alacard 06-12-2005, 03:18 PM so getting drags for a daily driver wouldnt be a good idea?...i mean, i wouldnt mind the rough ride too much...but if they were meant for a straight line, would that effect the performance on the street? BullShifter 06-12-2005, 03:42 PM I wouldn't use them on the street if thats where most of the driving is done. The car will have terrible understeer and back breaking bounces. Streets 10k front 8k rear Sports 12k front 10k rear Streets are ideal for street use, imagine that. Sports are better suited if the car is used for some racing. alacard 06-12-2005, 04:06 PM well that sucks..haha...because there is a huge difference in price between the two vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
