99 jeep air not blowing from ductsdiggitydale56 06-10-2005, 02:50 PM I have a 99 jeep grand cherokee limited. The air quit blowing all of a sudden. It worked fine then I shut the vehicle off to go fishing came back and no air would come from the ducts (hot or cold). Actually a little bit of air will come out even though it is on high. The blower motor seems to be working (it sounds like it is) Does anyone have any suggestions? Could the air ducts be blocked? Or..? Thanks snochic 06-11-2005, 11:42 PM I've had the same problem - I survived the winter with out much air flow (and it gets damn cold here) But now the ac isn't working and I can't stand the heat. I think the arm on the divertervalve broke. The husband is out looking at it right now. mcjenkinson 07-19-2005, 10:31 AM Hi did you ever get this sorted out? My AC was erratic and sometimes the air would blow and then other times I would get in the car and nothing would come through. That was for about 1 week and now it has totally stopped blowing. I have checked the fuse and OK. Any ideas?? Thanks JDPascal 07-19-2005, 11:08 AM Hi did you ever get this sorted out? Work your way under the dash on the passenger side to see what you can find. carefully move any linkages you find while the blower is on and see if it makes a difference. JD mcjenkinson 07-19-2005, 11:50 AM Thank you so much, just climbed underneath and there is a loose electrical connection on the AC. I will just tape it up and it will save me a trip to the Jeep garage!!!!
