Using P11 bumpers and skirts on a P10zykotik 07-16-2001, 03:38 PM What would make this hard to do? Anyone here done it. I would like to and have access to the parts. p_r_i_m_e_r_a 07-22-2001, 12:28 AM It fits almost perfectly. I have a friend with a 99 p11 stock front end on a p10. AznVirus 07-22-2001, 01:58 AM are you completely sure about that? cause i have a P10, and like P11 bumpers better than the available ones for the P10. if so ill just fit a P11 one on. PrimeraGT 07-22-2001, 02:20 AM i have my old 99 rear bumper and two 00 bumpers (the cut out for the exhaust is larger and my APEXi likes it).. AznVirus 07-22-2001, 02:51 AM i was talking about the P11 bumper on a P10, not P11 on P11. P10 = 91-96, but i guess you werent referring to that right? ales 07-22-2001, 03:09 AM There are a couple of pictures in some older threads. It looks very good to me. I would have liked to do this, but someone mentioned it is hard to do... can someone vrify that it's not hard? p_r_i_m_e_r_a, can you get your friend to take pics and talk us through the process? primera man 07-22-2001, 03:38 AM Here's the photo AznVirus 07-22-2001, 04:22 AM what kit is that btw? so i could just buy a P11 kit and fit it on to my P10? well i know it would require some cutting and remolding. do you know how a P11 rear bumper fits on a P10? can someone give me the measurements of a P11 front, side, and rear (in inches)? thanks cause i want to compare it to my car. ales 07-22-2001, 04:31 AM Originally posted by AznVirus what kit is that btw? As far as I understand, this is no kit, it's a stock P11 bumper... zykotik 07-22-2001, 09:44 AM That IS a stock P11 bumper in that pic. I really want to know how much cuttin is involved. I know where the headlights are its a little different but that should be all I think. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this subject. AznVirus 07-22-2001, 04:28 PM can anyone that owns a P11 put the measurements of the front bumper, side skirts, and rear bumper? i mean length btw. thanks. L3thalg20boy 08-15-2001, 10:40 PM I have all the information everyone needs on mounting ALL P11 parts to P10 G20/Primera's. Let me know if you want detailes/Pics on what will and wont fit, and why they wont fit. Check out this site: www.l3thalg20.homestead.com/main1.html This has no details, but as pics, i have submitted some pretty Extensive details in some other threads on the G20 Forum. L3thalg20boy 08-15-2001, 10:43 PM Everyone should know Me by now, i killed several arguments about the P11 Front Bumper Fascia Mounting on the P10 G20. Id love to see more P10s with P11 or any other aftermarket front ends. primera man 08-16-2001, 07:49 AM Originally posted by L3thalg20boy Sorry if that upsets you, im just trying to tell everyone who is interested on how to do it. Id love to see more P10s with P11 or any other aftermarket front ends. I'm not upset about it. I think its good that these guys want to do these kind of mods to make there cars look good. What is annoying is the amount of "newbies" that post only 1-2 posts asking the same question and not taking the time to have a look in the threads to see how you do this bumper mod. Hopefully now that you have answered this question (that has gone on for a while now) it may stop. It was really good reading and the detail on how you done it was well done. Another is the clear markers.....wouldn't mind $10 every time thats asked !!!!...lol The G20 section is getting so big now it may need to be broken into more sections or sub-sections as it takes so long to read them all or find what your after. I try to read all the G20/Primera threads as it's really intresting and you get good info from some of the guys. Just my 2cents worth vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
