vh45de swap

I have a 90 300zx coupe 5spd Na. Engine is blown and I am looking for more Horsepower. I have searched around the forums and seen the vh45de swap. I hear talks of automatics vs 5spd. From the posts I gathered you need engine/ecu/harness/bell housing adaptor custom mounts etc. I don't plan to drag race more like a daily or weekend driver. So would you recommend the 5spd (do i have to get a TT 5spd) or the automatic with a slight build. Your help would be appreciated. Also Zgringo I see you have done it but I don't think I would take it to such a level too much power for me. So any input you have would be appreciated.
