All needs a fuel pump. I know it is not easy but I do have experience with removing gas tanks so I dont think it should be impossible. Second issue that is turning me off is The dash is out any thoughts Computer fuse worth bothering with. The car is nice and solid body wise is worth the hassle and 300 dollar price tag.

you can get refurbished dash on e-bay for about 90 bucks , or look at a salvage yard. don't know about the fuel pump, never had to replace one.

Fuel pump is realativly easy. Just drop the tank and remove old pump and install new pump. Just make sure to seal everything properly.

When you say the dash is "out", do you mean the dash has been removed or some of it is not working. Check the fuses if it's just not working.

I hope this guy is not asking much for this truck.

It isn't worth much not running and you don't know for sure it is the fuel pump causing the problem.
