fujimi 1/12 calsonic skyline 1993

hi, my name is Ming, and this is my first big scale model (that i actually finish). I did couple 1/24 models before, so i somewhat has got in touch with the modeling world. However, i don't think my skill is that good yet and hopefully you guys can give me some comments and inputs, thanks. I put the car into a diorama "the Group A pre-race event" where people can wander around the participating cars. I also included a race queen in the diorama, just for fun...

yea, i sold the HKS version and got the calsonic skyline, i am a calsonic fan after all...

Great work man!! Is that clear tube going along the rollbar in the kit? Did you scratchbuild the stuff in the trunk, or is that in the kit? Nice work on teh umbrella girl too:-D Keep up the awsome work.

hi, i scratch built every little detail in the interior because all fujimi gave me was a racing seat and a dashboard. yea i scratch built the inside of the trunk too, just trying to resemble the real car, but i don't think it was that good...i also scratch built some details in the engine compartment, but too bad i don't have a digital camera so i can't get a clear picture...
