Also, most online car audio stores have a similar system set up. LAKE TAHOE BURBAN 07-24-2005, 01:37 AM I Thought The Front And Back Doors Was 6 1/2 And I Do Know My Head Liner In Back Have 4 By 10's Not 6 By 9's. bendam1 07-24-2005, 06:16 PM I have a 99 and the front and middle's are 6 1/4's and the rears are 4x10's. If you look @ the crutchfield, best buy, and circuit city they will all tell you that the front's and middles show 5 1/2's and 6 1/4's the reason is because the 92-96 use the 5 1/2's and the 96-99 use the 6 1/4's. This is what I was told from the crutchfield customer rep. So when I bought all my speakers for mine they were right @ least with mine. Maybe if someone has a 96 or older they might be able to confirm this. Hope this helps. jsnowbordr47 09-23-2005, 04:14 AM I believe the stock speakers in the suburban during the mid 90's were 1-way 6.5's in the front with separate tweeters. And 1-way 6.5's in the mid doors. And 2 or 3-way 4X10's in the back headliner. I remember confirming this at BestBuy when I was shopping for speakers. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
