So, has any body ever bought kits from them and are the kits package very well? Do they offer insurance and should I get it if they have it?
What is better the U.S. postal service or U.P.S.? Also do they combine photoetched parts with the kits in shipping?

I've ordered from them many times. They're shipping in the US is Priority. Packages have always come super quick and never had any hassles what-so-ever.

I second that, i've ordered at least 15 different times from them, always got the products like a day or 2 earlier than expected. Good company and customer relations :sunglasse

I've only ordered once, but the service was outstanding. I live in Georgia, and ordered on Thursday at lunch...it was shipped Thursday afternoon, and on my doorstep on Saturday! I didn't pay any extra for fast shipping, that was just the standard shipping. Very pleased!

Side note, if you are outside USA, you better give your money to the first one come on the road than ordering on this site.

There shipping fees for outside USA are totally stupid (25$us for a small sheet of PE, over 30$ for a single kit)

I'm in the US, so shipping is good. I'm going to get a kit for the next LeMans contest:iceslolan , a Xanavi Nismo Z, and some PE parts.
For some reason they don't have the Nismo Z PE set from Tamiya so I will e-mail them about that.

I live a few miles from them, so I just drive there, but they're super nice guys and the friends I have that have ordered from other states have all been satisfied.

Many times, good guys and they have special "photo-etch and decal" shipping rates so you don't have to pay crazy amounts if you're just getting stuff that can fit in a padded envelope.

I've ordered twice from them with outstanding service both times.

The Photo etched parts and Motorcycle improvement kit are not easy to get in the USA. I had to special order them and will not have them for another couple of weeks. I would be glad to help you if you can wait that long. :)

I will have the detail sets in about two weeks for some and three weeks for those who bug me about them. :evillol:
For what it is worth most customers do not insure their packages. I have only lost two packages in the last three years. Both were out of the USA. I have had some damaged but the products were packed in such a way that only the box was harmed.

This should being up the set. Place it in a basket and click "shipping rates" in the mini basket at the right middle of the screen. Here you insert your address anywhere in the world for all of your shipping options and costs for each. It is impossible for me to give you a rate without a lot more information. Of course I accept money orders. :)

Well finally I got their e-mail reply and it took long because of their recent moving. They said it will be in about a week. I'll just wait and see which is cheaper and yours looks really cheap with the $2 shipping. :smile: If I do get the PE set from you, then I'll also get the Studio27 Nismo JGTC PE set as well. :)
